Rental Assistance

Emergency Rental Assistance can be accessed once in a twelve month period.  The amount of rent assistance is determined on a case by case basis and is dependent on the availability of funds.  Only those who are found to be homeless or in danger of losing their housing will be eligible to receive emergency rental assistance.

Tenants will be asked to provide the following information for rental assistance to be considered:

  1. Information for all household members, including, but not limited to: Name, Date of birth, social security number, contact and residence information, level of education, etc.
  2. Copy of a current legal 72 hour Notice
  3. Copy of the rental agreement
  4. Proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 & older
  5. Receipts documenting expenses for the last 30 days
  6. Proof that the rental unit is affordable
